My name is Angelo Bugli and cooking has always been my passion.

of passion

I grew up among the scents of family kitchens,

local markets and traditional Lazio recipes.

I started cooking when many of today's chefs

they were not yet born and, in over forty years of career,

I have had the privilege of working in prestigious kitchens,

collaborate with great professionals and create experiences

unique culinary experiences for thousands of people.

My philosophy is simple: absolute respect for the material

first, knowledge of techniques and creativity at the service.
