What are the payment methods? To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total agreed upon amount is required.

The remaining 60% balance must be paid 5 days prior to the event date.

When is the reservation considered confirmed? The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept PayPal and other secure payment systems, ensuring secure and traceable transactions.

Can I change the amount after the deposit has been paid? Any changes (number of guests, additional requests, menu upgrades, or extra services) will require an update to the quote before the final payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

What happens if I need to cancel? You can cancel your event up to 5 days before the scheduled date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days are non-refundable due to preparations and purchases already made.

What if the chef is unable to attend? In extreme cases (e.g., emergencies), we try to provide a replacement chef within 24 hours, but this is not guaranteed. If we are unable to secure a replacement, a refund will be given.

How can I request a refund? Email info@angelobugli.it with your order number and the reason for your request.

What happens if the number of guests changes? The chef will adjust the menu and price based on the new number of guests.
